What the Repair Process Involves

We strive to ensure your repair process is as smooth and stress free as possible. With 36 years of experience, we have the process down pat and look forward to taking care of the details for you.

For over 20 years, we have

built a reputation for quality workmanship and

reliable service.

We treat our consumers

like family as we want to

develop clients for life,

not one-time customers.

  • If you can drive your vehicle, bring it to our collision center so we can take a look at it.

  • If it needs to be towed, we will be glad to bring our wrecker to you and make it even easier.

Step 2: Compiling your estimate

  • We will evaluate the visible damages (and any related damages) and compile all costs associated with those damages, thus creating an estimate.

  • We will review your estimate with you ensuring you are comfortable and satisfied.

  • We will assist you in setting up your insurance claim and help guide you in the right direction.

Step 3: Schedule a time to leave your vehicle for repair

  • Check your calendar and we’ll check ours.

  • Line up alternative transportation while your vehicle is with us.

Step 4: Drop off your vehicle for repair

  • When you drop your vehicle off at your scheduled appointment time, we will review with you the duration of the repair process and keep you notified throughout.

  • If you are on a time schedule and are comfortable, you can utilize the “after hours” drop off. For your convenience, you can bring the vehicle the night before or early morning of your appointment and park it in our front lot. Then drop the key off in the drop off slot on the front porch of office (between two windows).

Step 5: Body repair process

Disassemble and repair:

  • One of our experienced technicians will disassemble the vehicle in and around the damaged areas within our private 6 bay work zone.

  • Access it to ensure there is no additional damage that has not been previously identified.

  • Replace and/or repair as needed.

Step 6: Prep and paint

  • Our experienced technicians will prep the repaired/replaced panels in order for it to be refinished. This is a tedious process as it takes time to ensure a smooth and glossy finish.

  • Then the vehicle is moved into our climate controlled down draft baking booth where it is painted. (The booth is kept very clean and isolated to prevent debris from mixing into the new coat). The painter uses the latest technology color matching mixing machine to match our high quality Axalta Coating (formerly known as DuPont paint) with your vehicle’s current color.

  • It is then painted to perfection, paying close attention to detail to get it back looking as good as new.

Step 7: Reassemble and detail

  • We reassemble all the final parts/accessories and ensure everything is working properly.

  • Then the vehicle will be moved into our fully functional enclosed detail bay and will be detailed inside and out.

Final step: Inspection

We guarantee all of our work and we stand on our reputation of providing QUALITY work. Therefore, before each automobile leaves our center, we complete a final inspection.  We review the original estimate, the work notes completing during the process and the final insurance documentation to make sure all repairs have been made and insurance requests have been completed. We then make sure your vehicle leaves with no evidence that it has ever been involved in an accident. We back this with a lifetime guarantee as long as you own that vehicle. Our final inspection is to ensure we have developed a client for life, not a one-time customer.
